  • Concerns: create/edit concerns. Useful for tracking labor management issues, ongoing concerns that aren't (yet) matters. Concerns work similarly to matters.

  • Reports: Reports and analysis are now more reliable and include more metrics than before. Report exports are now more consistent and reliable. Create CSV, Excel, or PDF reports with the click of a button.
